Koh Phai (Bamboo Island)

This paradise-like island in the Andaman sea is part of a national marine park, standing next to Koh Yoong and well worth visiting for the its outstanding beauty. There is also a nice coral reef near the beach.The northern and eastern shores offer the beautiful beaches and a long stretch of coral reef to the south of the island. Take your snorkeling gear with you because on the way to Bamboo is a beautiful coral garden called Hin Klang.

is located a short boat trip away from Phi Phi Don to the northeast. When you stay at Phi Phi Don don't forget to visit this beautiful island that is never crowded unlike Maya Beach. arriving early in the morning means you can have the place to yourself for those perfect beach photos.

Around 6 km. north of Phi Phi island which is reachable by boat from Phuket (1 hour from Phuket) and Krabi. Arrange to hire a boat the day before and plan to leave early in the morning. Normal boat trips are also available later in the day.
